the rooms are great value, with shower, renovated bathroom, for example provided. the staff are very helpful and competent, everyone.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was IDEAL, with absolutely perfect location next to beautiful Strasbourg, and the famous Cathedral in the city.

In the heart of the city, very convenient. Fairly friendly employees with nice manners.

Really enjoyed how the classic triple room was arranged when we arrived. All the employees were very very helpful and flexible.

During our recent stay at Hotel Des Arts, we were impressed by its incredible location. Just a stone's throw away from the Cathedral and other major tourist attractions, it couldn't have been more convenient. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The position of the hotel to the tourist activities ( boat ride,souvenir shops, cathedral, cafes and restaurants etc.) is excellent. We found the staff to be most helpful and courteous.The room was more than adequate,both in comfort and size. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family,friends or other travellers.

Location was great, walking distance to many great restuarants(La Cloche à Fromage)/Cathedral/Petite France, etc!! Price was perfect, reasonable for accomdations -- excellent for location!

Location -- within walking distance to many great cafes, sights, etc. but room location on front of building will not allow for a peaceful nights sleep. Request a room on opposite side of building.

Overall it was a nice size and perfect with a double and single bed.

Our room at Des Arts - Centre Cathedrale was small but cozy, and had a lovely view of the bustling street below. The bed was comfortable and we had instant hot water in the shower. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the Batorama canal cruise and close to many attractions we wanted to visit. Despite being in a crowded area, our room was surprisingly quiet. We had a great experience overall and would recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay.

We were at the 3rd floor and wi-fi did not work, even if guaranteed. Breakfast is definitively basic.

Only the location

Room was very small and basic. There was no heating although during our stay it reached 1 degree Celcius. When I asked the hotel staff why there is no heating they told me its closed as it is not winter now. So the result was to freezing during the night. Apart from the great location this hotel has nothing else to offer. Overall I found this hotel very expensive for what is offering. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

We had a simply magical stay at a hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was so central, making it extremely convenient to explore all the nearby restaurants and cafés. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was particularly pristine. We also loved the charming courtyard view from our window, which added to the overall magical atmosphere of the hotel.
